STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE FOR THE OPTIMAL PRODUCT EXPERIENCE

Each NUB3D system that is delivered includes a one-year scanner maintenance and technical support contract.

We understand that not all customers have the same needs, so we designed different levels of scanner maintenance and support contracts that can be customized based on the following services:

  • Support Hotline
  • Software Updates – Free access to the latest software news
  • Extended Warranty – For updates and repair
  • Certification – Annual system check and VDI re-certification
  • Technical Visit – Visit to customer offices
  • Priority Service – All requests and services are handled with priority
  • Loaner Unit – Free-of-charge loaner unit

Moreover, all customers with active scanner maintenance and support contracts may benefit from specific discounts and special offers.
